A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SERVICE CALL COORDINATOR / APPOINTMENT SETTER

As a Service Call Coordinator / Appointment Setter, you play an important role in our car dealership. Every day, you keep our business running smoothly by providing excellent customer care over the phone. When you receive a call, your friendly demeanor sets the tone for a positive interaction as you answer questions and schedule sales appointments. Expertly using emails, scripts, and templates, you quickly respond to every internet, phone, and live chat inquiry that comes in.

Eager to help, you provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources. When a customer is not ready to schedule an appointment, you ensure they receive a timely follow-up call with the help of our CRM tracking system. Establishing positive relationships with your teammates, our sales team, and dealership management is a top priority for you, and you consistently participate in team building and process development sessions. You take pride in effectively coordinating our appointments and helping us provide exceptional customer service!


QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SERVICE CALL COORDINATOR / APPOINTMENT SETTER

  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Valid driver's license

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A SERVICE CALL COORDINATOR / APPOINTMENT SETTER

This appointment scheduling position works 9 AM - 7 PM, Monday - Friday and 9 AM - 6 PM on Saturdays. Plus, you can plan on one day off during the week and NO work on Sundays. Additionally, our team enjoys a 10 AM start after their day off!
